Avon Products Inc. announced that it will cut about 300 call center jobs at its Springdale, OH center. It said those jobs will be moved overseas. The Springdale facility employs about 600, and also handles some manufacturing and shipping, according to published reports. The company is embarking on a $500 million restructuring plan that includes slashing management, boosting advertising and looking for opportunities overseas....
